He picked up the slack ( broken pieces )where your first agent that you assigned me “Collette” epically failed us and it was an absolute nightmare,She should not even be anywhere near a real estate license...it was because of him, Jim that is, and Stevie and Stevie’s manager that we continued to stay with Redfin. He kept us in the loop the whole time and was very responsive courteous and kind.
